Owing to the complex requirement, Synergy Global designed an exclusive and innovative business model. We capitalized on our partnership with the US Department of Labor to amalgamate resources with the public system ‘One Stop Career Center’.
While the Career Center provided classroom training to candidates, Synergy Global partnered with the unit for recruitment and implementation of customized assessments, realistic job previews, contact center-specific testing and computer training. Graduates from this course were placed on an 8-week internship at the call center on a contract-to-hire basis, before they gradually transitioned to the client’s payroll.
