    While the Career Center provided classroom training to candidates, Synergy Global partnered with the unit for recruitment and implementation of customized assessments, realistic job previews, contact center-specific testing and computer training. Graduates from this course were placed on an 8-week internship at the call center on a contract-to-hire basis, before they gradually transitioned to the client's payroll.
